I have never set foot in a Perc location because I live in Utah, but had a friend send me some coffee (Brazil Legender) and it was fantastico! I enjoyed it so much, I ordered 5lbs and it arrived today. Both of the orders I received have had fun & friendly hand-written notes on the receipt and my second order even had some delightful bonus items enclosed. You're making me feel like part of the Perc Family from afar... Y'all are doing it right! Thank you, I'm a fan.
