The chicken was extremely dry in my quesadilla and the Texas rice was not good at all. The rice tasted extremely funny. Did not like. Wasted money. My total was $26 for 2 things and that price didn’t seem right.

It’s a small hole in the wall local spot by the harbor frieght. The service was awesome. Super nice people. The food was just ok. And the tacos were quite expensive at $4 each. No chips at the table (I know that’s A “gringo” complaint but kind of expected at places like this. So for 3 tacos. Drink and top it was $20. So I probably won’t be back.

That dumpster kills the vibe first the smell next to a restaurant isn't pleasant. The food is pre cook n dry no flavor ordered carnitas then NO SALSA IN TO GO BAG. HELL NAW TO A MEXICAN. I SHOULDN'T HAD TIP.

Delicious! They have the flavors, spices spot on, well balanced, unique to each dish as if your were invited to their home for dinner. Great job, chef!! The atmosphere is good and clean, we usually get our food to go because we like to eat at a bar so only gave 4 stars. There is a little buffet to get your sauces and condiments to go or eat in. Call ahead if you don’t want to wait as it is busy with locals that know how good it is.

I have a friend that loves this place and I go with him. It has a limited menu and their candy at the counter is way overpriced and I get the Mexican candy way cheaper at the Sique Store in Garden City but Amigos has a great environment and feels authentic.
I love tacos de lengua I always ask for those tacos with wacamole
