Chez Carole’s food is amazing. Always fresh, hot and delicious!
RUN, do not walk to this amazing gem. The food was unbelievable. The explosion of flavors are to die for! Seriously, one of the best meals I have had in a very long time. You will not be disappointed. The whole crispy snapper, the black rice, the mac, the plantain and most of all, THAT SAUCE!! Incredible!
Chez Carole International Restaurant became my favorite restaurant upon dining there the first time. The food is second to none in Savannah and a great addition to the Southside of Savannah. Chef Carole through hard work, talent, experience and love will place a meal before you that will not disappoint.
