Took 15 minutes to get a drink, and I was at the bar along with 4 other people. My food came out and the ribs were cold, she told me to put it on a napkin... I guess the kitchen tried to reheat and send it back out... I just took it home for the air fryer at that point.

The lady that seated us smelled like she had just came from outside smoking marijuana. Our waitress was absolutely terrible. We had to ask for napkins and refills . Food was ok except the chicken was hard.

This location should be closed. I've been a few times over the past 3 years and there is never enough staff and the service is absolutely non-existent. The Applebee's menu is not bad, but this location is lacking in every way. Now I go to Oak36. They care about their customers who ARE their business. I will give the manager credit because he is clearly trying his best with the disaster he was given.

These people gave me the stalest chips I have ever had in my entire life. I had the chicken nachos tasted more like the paper nachos and the spinach an artichoke dip itself was amazing but the chips that came with it were horrendous. And to make matters worst they had not 1 napkin in the entire building. They need to be shut down but they keep offering the spooky drink not having napkins is very spooky!!!!!!!!!!
