Great Lobster Bisque
We stopped here for dinner the first night of our trip and loved it so much we came back the last night and ordered the same thing. The lounge atmosphere is beautiful curated we could sit there for hours. The service was great, Jack and Aubrey were both so nice and attentive. Wish we lived closer so we could come here regularly!

I left this bar feeling genuinely disappointed. The service was poor from the moment we arrived, and while other customers seemed to receive prompt attention, we were repeatedly overlooked and made to feel unwelcome.
I can’t say for certain what the reason was, but the experience left me feeling singled out and discriminated against. Hospitality is about making all guests feel valued, and that simply wasn’t the case during our visit. The atmosphere was nice, but good service and respect matter just as much. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

We have been coming here for years now, and look forward to eating at ARCO every time we come to Savannah. The food is incredible - elevated New American with unique flavors and a creative spin. The cocktails were also creative spins on classics with some originals mixed in. The view, if you can get a seat outside or by the window, is hard to beat for a night out.
I won't lie, I was disappointed after our most recent visit. From what I understand, the original chef and bartender are no longer there, and you can tell. The small bites, including the amazing burrata bread and filet bites, had disappeared from the menu! This was my favorite part of the experience. My wife and I could have a drink and share a flavor experience.
Now, the dining experience feels more generic, and the service wasn't the best. It wasn't bad; we just felt the staff was distracted and enjoying side conversations with each other. Nothing I haven't done plenty of times. There was a new, younger bartender who stopped by before we left to check on our experience. I could tell he cared about ARCO and was passionate about his work. We brought up the changes since our last visit and chatted for a bit.
Do not get me wrong, it's still good-to-great food, but other than the view and atmosphere, there are so many restaurants in the city with the same concept. We loved the Caesar salad and charcuterie board. Please do not remove these, and consider bringing back the eclectic mix of shared plates that can be mixed and paired with different drinks. Make it feel more like an experience than a restaurant.
Running a restaurant for years is hard. You have to reinvent and stay relevant without sacrificing your regulars or what makes your food great. I hope ARCO continues to succeed, and hopefully, we will see them bring a few items back.

Atmosphere and food was amazing !
My honest take: This was my first time at Arco, and I absolutely fell in love with the overall atmosphere. There are few lounge-type restaurants in Savannah, and this is definitely one you want to visit. My friends and I went on a Wednesday night, so it wasn’t too busy, but I can imagine it gets packed on the weekends. I’m a sushi guy, and let me tell you, the Santa Ana Roll is one of the best rolls I’ve ever had in my life, so take that how you want.
P.S. Allergy note: They catered very well to the allergy requests we mentioned (peanut, tree nut, and tree fruit).
