The line was painful but only because people love to complain about things that inconvenience them. If you want a pretzel that bad, just wait the 7 minutes Samantha. If you see that there's no more super duper sprinkle nibblers or whatever in the window don't get mad that they can't make them appear from thin air Kevin. People need to chill bro fr.The pretzel took a minute but they were clearly busy. It was fresh and hot (because I waited). Customer service was great considering the way people were acting in the line. I'll be back.
They are very rude! I arrived at 7 pm and there was a line and they told me: I'm sorry, I can't help you because we're already closed! They should improve the service and close at 8 as indicated or change the schedule.

Terrible customer service. This is multiple stores I've been to in recent months that I haven't been able to get a pretzel dog. I've been given every excuse you can think of. I've been told inventory has already been done (@ lunchtime) to they are too busy doing catering (while multiple employees are standing around doing nothing), to just "No, we're out" even after I said I'd wait for them to make more. Not sure who is hiring & doesn't seem to be management that care to do anything. I don't think I'll ever go back!

I've been here a few times. First, disappointed that they no longer have garlic Parmesan nor sour cream and onion seasoning. The worker said they've decide it to have it because it wasn't selling. Second, work sets are Cindy's on there cell phones with gloves that they use to prepare the food. Cell phones are also.placed on food prep areas. I've watched one guy go in his wallet, pull out money, pass it to someone (over the glass), place wallet in food prep area, then back in his pocket and back to work with the same pair of gloves. There should be some quality control when handling food. That's why I gave 1 star. When you are in the open people are watching.

Some big black girl at the register said “they don’t pre-order” & “that we had to come back in 15 minutes “ but when the 15 minutes was up and we came back , their was lame with people that already paid for the cinnamon buns . So there was someone different at the register, and he was just passing them out to the ones that already paid . Then he said “that’s the rule ,but hey “ So when I got my cinnamon bun , it had hair in it . Horrible customer service .

Do not deserve the one. Oglethorpe mall Auntie Anne’s is terrible service. Have plenty of workers 4 to be exact. Said they had no pretzel bites and had no idea how long it takes. Finally got an answer of 8 minutes. So went with 2 pretzels even though kids wanted bites. Was told they have no iced brew coffee. After ordering guy put pretzel bites in the window. CLUELESS on what they are doing.

Staff are very unprofessional, rude and just not a very happy workers. Not willing to make more bons even there’s lot of customers waiting, they would shot the order down after waiting in line that long, means they will not serve (sell you anything on big orders.) push you to buy individual order so you can pay more. Nice and fresh cinnamon rolls. And fresh pretzels yum. Customer service was on their game today.
Have never seen workers move slower. Took an unbelievable amount of time to get to the front of the line despite 5-6 workers visible. No efficiency.
