The line was painful but only because people love to complain about things that inconvenience them. If you want a pretzel that bad, just wait the 7 minutes Samantha. If you see that there's no more super duper sprinkle nibblers or whatever in the window don't get mad that they can't make them appear from thin air Kevin. The Pretzel Bites were alright. The service was terrible. Most of the workers were goofing off/listening to music/not working. Only one of the workers was actually taking orders and working. This place needs serious fixing.
