Extremely disappointed! This Auntie Anne's is in the Savannah Airport and it is never super busy and I'm speculating as to the reason why but both times we were in the Savannah Airport this week or pretzels were burnt on the bottom and had hardly any butter or salt and are super dry. We LOVE Auntie Anne's Pretzels and look forward to it when we fly and being that the Pretzels start at $8+ its not worth the money!

Went up to the counter before my flight and they were throwing away the pretzels they had left in the cabinet. I asked if they were closed and she said they were closing in a few minutes but they weren’t making anymore pretzels at this time. Had to go to a different restaurant. Very poor service.

My daughter purchased maybe 5 minutes before I encountered the store. Pretzel bites were old tasting. I went to the store right after was planning to purchase a pretzel that was in the window. There were 15-20 pretzels left in the window priced at $8 a piece. Fully aware of what I was purchasing taste wise. Lol. But the rest of the restaurants that also say open til 12am were closed and rude.
Lights were on, the hours state open til 12am. I went approximately a few minutes after 8? I was waiting til an employee approached( I knew I was seen a few times) She says we are closed.
I asked can I purchase one of the pretzels in the window?
She turned around, never responded and went to the back.

I travel to and from savannah often. The last 4 times every time I go to order from this location they have nothing available. The employees don't care about anyone at all. They are always very very rude. When are you going to get this place together? I love the food but I can never get it. If you don't want to sell food why stay open. Let something else open up so we can actually eat.

Horrible customer service and attitude to boot. They run out of food and then all take break at the same time and people just keep coming up with no one to serve them. I was told they would have more pretzels in 30 minutes...42 minutes later they were telling people 30 more minutes. Who is managing this place???

2 ladies “working” at 5pm on a Friday. No product available, ladies completely ignored more than 40 customers in a hour period, didn’t even look up half the time. Understand that they seem short staffed but not acknowledging customers, some who only wanted drinks, is poor customer service. Many folks walked away upset that no one even acknowledged their presence.

Waited for 15 minutes and then a worker came out and stated they were on break. Came back when worker was working and they turned their lights off and closed. The workers aren’t attentive and I don’t think this location will last !
I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering
Out of almost everything. “I don’t know” was the response when asked how long until anything comes.
30 minutes later. Some of the worse Auntie Anne’s I’ve had.
Stood in line for 15 minutes while THREE separate employees made pretzels before helping anyone.... there were already pretzels in the display. The line was about 20 people long.

Rude employees. I stopped by the store and the employees informed me, "my lights aren't on. We're not open."
I asked, "when do you open?"
They snapped back, "When my lights come on!"
Not sure when "my lights come on" O'clock is.
Very rude. I will not stop there again!

I went to order original pretzel nuggets but they were out. They said it would take ten minutes to make more. I was the only one waiting in the area. Instead of making the nuggets I ordered first I watched them make the Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Nuggets instead. I thought maybe someone else had ordered them but no one every came up to get them. They just put them on the hot plate. I received the original pretzel nuggets about 15 minutes after I went up to the counter.

Not sure what was nastier, the food or the attitude from the women working the counter. My cinnamon bites were half empty, stale and burnt. When I asked to swap them out she told me I could get a refund or get the f out, in front of my six year old daughter. Definitely overcharged and would not provide me with a receipt. Absolutely no selection, nothing being made, nothing fresh or new.

We stopped on our way out of town and the gal running this particular airport storefront was spectacular. The case was full and the pretzel bites and lemonade we had were delightful. Better than all that was the service we received... when I mentioned loving the almond pretzel, she told me all I had to do was ask and she'd make me one fresh if I had a few minutes. All the products we had were the best we've had (and we're Auntie Anne's regulars) and the EXCELLENT SERVICE was the icing on the cake. Thanks Akua, Auntie Anne's is lucky to have you!

They are way overcharging and pocketing the money.
I suggest management lol oks into this.
I was charged almost $10.00 for what everywhere else charges $5.61.
