2 ladies “working” at 5pm on a Friday. No product available, ladies completely ignored more than 40 customers in a hour period, didn’t even look up half the time. Understand that they seem short staffed but not acknowledging customers, some who only wanted drinks, is poor customer service. Many folks walked away upset that no one even acknowledged their presence.
Waited for 15 minutes and then a worker came out and stated they were on break. Came back when worker was working and they turned their lights off and closed. The workers aren’t attentive and I don’t think this location will last !
I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering
Out of almost everything. “I don’t know” was the response when asked how long until anything comes.
30 minutes later. Some of the worse Auntie Anne’s I’ve had.
Stood in line for 15 minutes while THREE separate employees made pretzels before helping anyone.... there were already pretzels in the display. The line was about 20 people long.
Rude employees. I stopped by the store and the employees informed me, "my lights aren't on. We're not open."
I asked, "when do you open?"
They snapped back, "When my lights come on!"
Not sure when "my lights come on" O'clock is.
Very rude. I will not stop there again!

I went to order original pretzel nuggets but they were out. They said it would take ten minutes to make more. I was the only one waiting in the area. Instead of making the nuggets I ordered first I watched them make the Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Nuggets instead. I thought maybe someone else had ordered them but no one every came up to get them. They just put them on the hot plate. I received the original pretzel nuggets about 15 minutes after I went up to the counter.

Not sure what was nastier, the food or the attitude from the women working the counter. My cinnamon bites were half empty, stale and burnt. When I asked to swap them out she told me I could get a refund or get the f out, in front of my six year old daughter. Definitely overcharged and would not provide me with a receipt. Absolutely no selection, nothing being made, nothing fresh or new.

We stopped on our way out of town and the gal running this particular airport storefront was spectacular. The case was full and the pretzel bites and lemonade we had were delightful. Better than all that was the service we received... when I mentioned loving the almond pretzel, she told me all I had to do was ask and she'd make me one fresh if I had a few minutes. All the products we had were the best we've had (and we're Auntie Anne's regulars) and the EXCELLENT SERVICE was the icing on the cake. Thanks Akua, Auntie Anne's is lucky to have you!

They are way overcharging and pocketing the money.
I suggest management lol oks into this.
I was charged almost $10.00 for what everywhere else charges $5.61.

I went there for a snack. Selection was minimal at best. Only salted pretzels were available. The employee puts one in a bag and rings me up at SEVEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS!!! When I questioned it, I got an unsympathetic attitude. I said no, I’m sorry but that is absolutely ridiculous, $7.50 for a freaking pretzel!!! They can keep it at that price!

How is this place still open? Absolutely incredibly rude staff. Never again. Don’t waste your money or time. Reviews are completely accurate on here. Yikes.

Walked up at 3pm on a Friday before flight. 3 people behind counter, 2 on their phones, they said they would open up in 30 minutes. Came back at 3:30pm and the two employees were chatting with each other, said it would be at least 30 more minutes. It appeared they were just sitting around to avoid opening. The dough was out and uncooked, so they clearly were not waiting on anything.

Nice place… but go to get some pretzels and the lady says they need at least 20 minutes because they are “stocking up”. Clear cups and bags of pretzels already served behind the window, but none of the 3 employees could take an order or check out a customer due to “stocking up” supplies for the next 20 minutes. 3pm on a

Waited 15 minutes, no one at register to order from the whole time. If I were the owner, I’d wonder why sales are so low…?
