Best burgers in town! Great atmosphere and staff is always very friendly.

This might be the best restaurant in Savannah. Every plate is a flavor symphony. Great taste, service, portion size, and variety! Would say this place is a must-try. Totally awesome and fun atmosphere with funny Ben Franklin stuff.

I can’t truly rate the service and atmosphere as I only ordered delivery, however I feel compelled to review because of how much they’re charging and for what you get.
I ordered the burger with bacon jam and sweet potato fries and my husband ordered the El Macho burger with regular fries.
I completely understand up charging for a bigger patty and “local” beef, but cmon. Most burgers are $25+ which is a bit insane for a burger and fries.
Our delivery driver was great, handed the food to us as quick as they could. The food was still warm for the restaurant being 10 mi away.
Both of us were shocked when we opened our boxes of food.
The El Macho burger looked like a patty on ciabatta and that’s it. There was barely anything else on it and the fries tasted stale/reheated. My burger had one piece of lettuce on it that was tough to bite into, no tomato, and the bacon jam was almost nonexistent. We also got a side of cheese sauce for our fries and it was unfortunately that chemical tasting cheese which they charge an extra almost $2 for.
We give the food 2 stars for the diverse, interesting menu and the portion sizes. All other aspects, especially the price, brought us to our decision of taking away those 3 stars.
We were really disappointed especially with us moving here not too long ago and looking for a good burger joint. Had really high hopes and hate to say it but, definitely pass this one.

It's a small place with specialized Burgers mostly . They have a bar with several special drafts. The burgers are great but make sure your hungry or share. The sweet potato fries are great. Service is typically good last visit the guy was to busy hanging out with someone not paying attention to his customers.

The wait time was a little long but so worth it. We absolutely loved everything about this restaurant. The customer service was amazing. This was our first time here and we will definitely be coming back.

Hot fries….we visited for dinner, I hadn’t been in years but had a craving for a good burger. The burger was good but the service was horrible. My fries came out cold. I asked for fresh fries. It took 30 minutes for fries and I am not exaggerating. I did receive a discount on my ticket but I would have preferred better service.

Ben’s is one of our go to dinner or lunch spots. Anyone who knows my guy, Charlie, knows he is an excellent chef and knows food. The service is exceptional. Ryan is the bomb! The grass fed Beef from Hunter Cattle Farms (we love The Ultimate burger) is cooked to order and delish! Salads are always fresh. Craft beers are plentiful and of course I love Wine Wednesdays!
