Server - great! Food - delicious! Fried green tomatoes, salmon and grits amazing! Sangria - delightful! Inside temperature in room by kitchen - not good. Need to have a cooler temp.
Boar's Head Grill was the highlight of our 3 day trip to Savannah. I had the Shrimp and Grits and my wife a Fillet. Both dishes were wonderful. An unexpected bonus was their freshly baked, unique bread...delicious. We had a window table with a view of the Savannah River and that, along with the general ambiance, was spectacular. Service was superb. We arrived nearby by ferry but parking is available at two lots, one across the street and another a very short walk away. Boars...
A flight delay would have made us late for our reservation so I called to see if we could come later. We were graciously accommodated, warmly welcomed and greeted by name. Our waitress, Jasmine, was absolutely lovely and too great care of us. Our meal was delicious. We'll be back!
