This place is Heaven on earth. Amazing quality food and semi-reasonable prices compared to many other places. The one food I found to be outrageously expensive was Dark Chocolate Chips (like 13 bucks a bag!). Nonetheless, there are so many high-quality brands to choose from as well as things to try. I will be back more than I should.

I was so disappointed in the service here. Girl in white headband rang up my order, asked my name, said they would call me when the food was ready. My coffee was great. I turned to put a lid on cup and came directly back to the counter. A bag of food was on the counter. I continued to stand there for another 15 mins. Girl in headband walked by me at least 6 times and never cracked a smile or tried to determine why I was standing there. How exactly was I supposed to know that was mine! By the time someone acknowledge me and DID NOT even apologize my food was cold! Breakfast burrito not worth the wait. No seasoning and completely boring and bland. I threw it away. Muffin was also flavorless. A waste of time and energy. I have to be very disappointed to even bother with a review. Guy in SCAD T-shirt was only person who acknowledged me and said would find out where my food was. Someone needs to have a class to teach common customer service skills.

I go here often. I live 25 miles from Brighter Day! I purchased my Hibiscus tea, Sea Moss Gel, Ancient Granola, Vital Gut Renew. Young gentleman assisted me with “Gut health” products. Many items pricey, but worth it! Free parking. Brighter Day is across the street from Park. Patrons can sit outside to eat/super-drinks or just purchase healthy groceries and leave. Definitely worth the trip for me ALWAYS. Recommend to health food consumption conscious people or someone seeking to eat/live/feel better.

I live and work close by and really really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately I have told the deli until I'm blue in the face that I have a severe dairy protein allergy and EVERY time there is still cheese on my sandwich. I'm sad to say this place CANNOT BE TRUSTED FOR PPL WITH FOOD ALLERGIES. Hopefully they can find the ability to care about their customers and fix this before killing someone or getting sued.
Can you guys please grow up? Playing a children's movie (THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS or whatever) overhead is so obnoxious and juvenile. Nobody does this; establishments play music, not this. It's just insufferable to hear that noise over a store where people want to get something decent to eat and browse for healthier options. Or they want to use your bathroom because they know it's safer and cleaner than most around. That noise really doesn't work for the market you're claiming to be in.
Apparently, your overhead noise also distracted your employee at the register who forgot to take 50% off my sandwich despite the sticker, and I had to run back in and get that refunded.
Can you operate your business like basic professionals (aka adults)? You have so many negative reviews regarding simple and easily preventable problems.

The food selection is excellent. I also love their deli selection, especially the soups. They’re comforting and clearly made with care and fresh ingredients.
