One of the poorest customer experience I’ve witnessed. Female employee barking rudely to a customer and speaking negatively to other employees. Unbelievably negative personality, unprofessional and unexceptionable. Food was fine and as expected.

Lady at the counter had an attitude. No ice for drinks, told her they may want to let other customers know before they purchase a drink. Her response, 'I don't have to". If I wouldn't have already paid I wouldn't have eaten here. Go somewhere else in the airport to get food. It's overpriced and the staff is rude. Oct. 19th at 1pm

Stop somewhere in Pooler before you get here. The food is always hot but the options are limited and the fountain drinks are always flat. The employees do their job but seem dead inside.

I was at this location and the crew member was sooooo rude especially a young lady. She has no manners, bad attitude and she was making fun of two other ladies Infront of me. If she can’t handle the pressure she needs to find another job. Now I understand why so much people complaining about this place.

Horrible costumer service, place an order from the self service machine, they call my number I grab the bag and went out, received a call and 15-20min later I opened my burger. Not what I ordered went back to the store and as soon I arrive one of the members told me you took the wrong bag (with a friking attitude) I told her I grab what they gave me. She responded back you took what you wanted, and I told her so if you call my number I should not grab it? It was your staff who messed up not me. Your staff if the one who call my number and put the bag in the counter. All this happened while other staff was making the burger I ordered. Why discuss with the costumer when you screw it up?

Asked for BBQ, didn’t have it which is fine. Asked for ranch, guy (should say child) threw it in my bag without saying anything and it exploded on my entire meal. Get some class man.

The 3 staff members that were working Friday 3, 2024 around 6:50 were very rude. One included sherry and 2 males. They were cussing because I asked for BBQ and had a attitude. When they served my food they just threw it over the counter.
