Wow, the older lady working the deep fryer was yelling at a customer because you have to be your own cashier at this location. The younger worker seemed embarrassed by her team mates actions. Older lady needs to find a non public job.

Not one good thing to say. We ordered chicken fries & onion rings. Both tasted as if they’d been sitting under a warmer for no less than an hour. Menu says 8 or 12 piece chicken fries available. BK employee said to ignore what the menu says, they only offer 6 & 9…. yet the packaging shows 8 or 12.

Customer service was the best. Only one lady was running the whole show this morning but, she made it look easy, with a smile. Professional and personable.

On Sunday 10/26 at approximately 6:30 pm this burger king in the airport near gate 11 has very very poor service. The attitude was very disrespectful, the fries were full of salt and at these prices very unprofessional and we will most definitely want be back, and if there were Zero stars that would've been my choice.. If I'd checked the reviews before hand I wouldn't be sending this but unfortunately I didn't check , two stars it had to have been a different staff.

One of the poorest customer experience I’ve witnessed. Female employee barking rudely to a customer and speaking negatively to other employees. Unbelievably negative personality, unprofessional and unexceptionable. Food was fine and as expected.

Lady at the counter had an attitude. No ice for drinks, told her they may want to let other customers know before they purchase a drink. Her response, 'I don't have to". If I wouldn't have already paid I wouldn't have eaten here. Go somewhere else in the airport to get food. It's overpriced and the staff is rude. Oct. 19th at 1pm

Stop somewhere in Pooler before you get here. The food is always hot but the options are limited and the fountain drinks are always flat. The employees do their job but seem dead inside.

I was at this location and the crew member was sooooo rude especially a young lady. She has no manners, bad attitude and she was making fun of two other ladies Infront of me. If she can’t handle the pressure she needs to find another job. Now I understand why so much people complaining about this place.
