The cookies were good, but not really my type of cookie I prefer. Very sweet and welcoming environment for the touristy people in the area. Also it is great place to take pictures with family.

Kid-friendliness: The staff is patient and friendly with everyone and the statue is a nice place to visit with family.

Shared with this company an issue I had with a product- couldn’t care less. I wouldn’t recommend their products to anyone

After I began filling up one of their jars with cookies, the man working the counter accused me of sampling cookies and after I informed him I was not, he began ranting on how they have a very large homeless population in front of the entire store— essentially he accused me of sampling cookies and looking homeless. I’ve never been more embarrassed by an establishment in my life.

Everything they make is delish! The quality is outstanding & consistent! I love everything about BYRDS!😍

Very friendly staff, you can sample all the cookies. The cookies are quarter size, dry, crumbly. The chocolate chip cookie (which is always my favorite any where else) was not good, I was super disappointed by this. However, they had a pumpkin cookie which was very yummy.

The best cookies and an even better staff!

I visited Byrd's Famous Cookies on River Street after a recommendation to try their oatmeal cookies. I expected large, plump cookies and was surprised to find small, crunchy ones instead. While this was a bit disappointing due to my preference for softer cookies, it's purely a matter of taste. Despite this, the visit was delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, sharing interesting stories about the cookies (same Oatmeal recipe for over 99 years) and their history. Their hospitality added a special touch to the experience. If you enjoy crunchy cookies and great customer service, Byrd's is definitely worth a stop!

Get the key lime coolers. Do not doubt me on this. The peach coolers are another worthy option. I bought both. You should too.
