I went to the drive-up I've already ordered my food and just drove down there and pick it up service was great and the food is just good old southern food.

What happen to the shrimp salad..It taste was awful looked different. Where was the Shrimp? It tasted as if the Hilliard s use shrimp paste. What a terrible taste. My waiter vanished. So, I walked it up to the front counter and gave it to the lady. I then order a plain bake potato with out butter or sour cream. It was buttery enough..Grew up here and never had shrimp salad like that there bf....the grandkids must be running the restaurant and cutting back on the quality of the food from what Mr. HILLIARD SR. STARTED OUT WITH. Will be a while bf I return.

To the light skin shawty who slung my food through the window cuz she ain't get no tip. Get over it....u still got a whole shift to complete, one NO shouldn't warrant the attitude. And why are y'all asking if we wanna leave a tip?! That's putting pressure to say yes so we don't feel bad for saying no. But I'm glad I ain't leave a tip. No matter a yes or a no your attitude should remain the same u can hurt a business that way. If a tip determines your treatment towards a customer you are not fit for customer service especially when u been dealing with customers for 19 yrs. Get yo attitude in check!!!!

It's a Savannah original, the place that if you've never been, you really need to go. They have a wide selection of food on their menu. As a kid. I used to love to go there for the fried Chicken. As an adult I go there for the pulled pork. Reasonably priced and better food than most of the national chain sit-down restaurants

Server forgot utensils, tables needing to be cleaned while 3 servers at the front are gossiping. Brings out my me and my father's food, no utensils and had to ask for both tartar and honey mustard, youd expect when you order shrimp that it was obvious tartar is a must, I could say the same for the chicken fingers and hush puppies I ordered and had to ask for honey mustard. Love the food, but jeez this was bad service.

The wait staff-LB and the manager, Nesha were very friendly and courteous. The food was very fresh and tasty.

Hot wings were big and under cooked. I called in an order and the young lady was very rude. Went to pick up the order and the young lady who came to the car was rude. Worst food and definitely worst service I have had in a long time and they have the nerve to ask for tips

Quan was our server and he was funny at first but it became clear the job was just a straight joke to him. Not good for us. Took forever to get our food once we ordered with no communication, no check up on how we were doing or anything. We got the grilled shrimp, crab cake and cheddar bake as well as the fried catfish. Then when our food came Quan was so busy talking to somebody else and looking elsewhere that he dropped my partners crabcake and shrimp. He offered to replace those which was fine, until he showed up with just the crab cake (which looked suspiciously just like the one he dropped) and no shrimp. Disappointing but the food was good. Then we waited. And waited. And waited at least 25 minutes to even see him to try to flag him down for the check. Yea no thanks. All the other staff were fine except for Quan.
