Someone gave me a shrimp egg roll from Tops and I knew I had to try it. The food is amazing and the service is always amazing. Even when I didn't place my order correctly over the phone, they were understanding and corrected it at no charge. Service and food quality are equal
Super good cheap chinese take out, I recommend the general tso's chicken, but I'm biased because I always get that and those fried donuts? I I forget what they're called but stupid good. Fast service, they don't talk much, but doesn't matter, food is always great!
