I bought 3 salads and only got 2. Went back to get my order fixed and it was still wrong. My chicken was supposed to filet and it was shredded. My other salads the chicken was so thin. By the time I put my ranch on my salad it was like eating chicken salad. Highly upset. I’ve never had a problem at this location. This was very unacceptable. I work hard for my money
What I have learned about this experience is that I need to check my meal before I leave the restaurant. I had a mobile order for a SpcyDlx +PJ +PJ Cheese(this was the labelon the bag). What I got was a grill chicken sand w/ bacon and pepper jack cheese. Unfortunately I realized that my order was wrong after stopping at the park in Richmond Hill. What makes it bad is that this was not for me
As always, the place was busy but this particular facility had no indoor dining but it was a nice day so it was easy to sit outside except for all the cars coming in and out of the parking lot and sometimes left running next to you while they went to get an order. Food as always was very good
I wanna take some time to recognize the service at this chick fil a. The food is ALWAYS fresh, great atmosphere, quick service, and especially from the young man that works there….Gopal. Hope you increase his pay, he is a wonderful worker and cares about his job, also love how he is into cars just like me. Besides him, all the other staff is generally friendly also. Would recommend this location to anyone.
This site has gone down hill. Used to be good. Finally must leave a review. Probably third or fourth time I'm either missing items from fries, to condiments or they've totally botched my order. How can you actually point to a picture on the outside display, say "I want one of those" and end up with a #1 combo? Won't be back.
