I placed an online order for drive-through and recently have been getting shorted of what I ordered. I come here at least twice a week because I go to Georgia Southern right down the road, and have been getting nothing but missing parts of my meals wrong drinks, etc. I understand I should be checking my bag before I be pulling off, but for this to happen almost every single time I have came here for the last two months is a service issue.

So I'm extremely shocked but my recent experience with this chick -fil-a was a negative one... It was early morning around 8:50am and I ordered three four count chicken mini meals. Didn't even check my bag before pulling off to see if everything was correct (my mistake) cause normally it's a given its right... Well not this time for all the way home with no hashbrowns and our drinks were wrong also. Went all the way back and the young lady at the counter was like "oh you only ordered the minis not the meal" if that's the case why did I get three drinks... Meal while the crew is all standing around laughing talking and shooting the breeze. Due to having a limited time frame because of a prior appointment I didn't not have time to go back in forth about the hashbrowns. My children has to do without them. But it's just the shear not giving a damn that really bothered me. Which is never happened to me at this business but I'm good I won't be back I was treated like I didn't matter & to Chick FIL A I don't just one customer less...

Food was great! Ordered online and it said that I couldn't order over 75, therefore, we had only 1 dipping sauce for 2 - 30 piece chicken nuggets. Only issue we had. Quick service and friendly employees! Highly

I absolutely love Chick-fil-a and I’ve been to their store on Abercorn Street in Savannah, Georgia numerous times and have never had a problem but the problem I have with them is I tried to order some sandwiches through the website and I needed to have them delivered to my house I paid for them with my debit card and as soon as I placed the order the got a text saying they canceled the order and I would be refunded in 3 days so I’m going to think twice about ordering from them online but fortunately the store will still have my patronage but this mess up is corporate’s fault not the local store
