Placed an order on line day before an event to get 100 breakfast sandwiches to pick up the next day at 8 am. Sent a coworker to pick the order up that was supposed to have plates napkins etc. Order not ready until 8:20. No accoutrements were given with the order. 100 construction workers waiting for their breakfast.

Waiting for food at this location is difficult. The time estimate is rarely correct - either being much later than expected or sooner. Outside and in the waiting area smells like greasy potatoes. It would be a good reminder for employees to wash their hands after touching their hair. I’ve seen several touch their hair then food.

Complete hit and miss here, some days you get your order quick while on other days you are waiting 30 minutes. The everyday app doesn’t give an accurate time of when the order should be ready.

Sadly, this restaurant does not represent the Chick-fil-A of old. I walked in and the girl at the counter didn't even greet me. I mean after all, the reason Chick-fil-A is better than all the rest, is customer service. Great chicken, but the service is why we eat there. Am I wrong? If I want someone to stare at me and not smile and greet me, I'll go to McDonald's.

This private location switched to Sodexo management and crashed ever since. Does not use the CFA app so no points/rewards. Sodexo trained employees so no CFA customer service. Shocked CFA corporate allows their name on this establishment.
