Sadly, this restaurant does not represent the Chick-fil-A of old. I walked in and the girl at the counter didn't even greet me. I mean after all, the reason Chick-fil-A is better than all the rest, is customer service. Great chicken, but the service is why we eat there. Am I wrong? If I want someone to stare at me and not smile and greet me, I'll go to McDonald's.

Walked all the way over there and got back with my order. Missing items and the wait was super long. So I paid $11 for a sandwich. No number to call to complain

This private location switched to Sodexo management and crashed ever since. Does not use the CFA app so no points/rewards. Sodexo trained employees so no CFA customer service. Shocked CFA corporate allows their name on this establishment.

Stopped ordering here after finding hair in my food several times and after they changed and bumped the prices up.
Very long wait time. Easy order to fill not worth the wait time.
