We had a reservation, but it took them a long time to find our reservation. Shrimp and grits were bland. I guess they put red peppers in them to spice it up but didn't help. Steak was good, seasoned well and tender. We will probably go back after we try other restaurants in Savannah that we'd like to go to. Churchill's was OK. The menu seemed to have a lot of fried foods on it.
Sat on the roof. Took a while to even get menus. Ordered app they forgot about then came out after our food. We told them never mind and they gave it to us anyway and didn't take it off our bill. Food and drinks are excellent however.
This was my first trip to Churchill's and it was good. The only drawback was it was a 95 degree day in Savannah and the air conditioning was not working properly. Otherwise, the food was good and reasonably priced.
