Outstanding service!!! I stopped by the Cold Stone Creamery today and ordered two Everybody Size ice creams. It was a bit of a long queue. However, I got the fastest, friendliest service I’ve ever seen at the Cold Stone. The lady (manager) was an absolute ray of sunshine, keeping every customer feeling like the most important person in the room. Stopped in yesterday after a grocery run to Publix. The man behind the counter was incredibly friendly and helpful. After trying a few flavors and hinting at what I was looking for, he suggested the Founders Favorite and boy was he right! It was absolutely fresh and delicious. Great store with great customer service.
