If you’re gonna eat here, don’t even waste your time or money. I was standing at the register for 10 plus minutes while the cashier and cooks kept looking at me seeing me standing there and they just went back to laughing and playing with their other coworkers. This location is so ghetto and unprofessional. I don’t know if it’s Savannah or the people. I’ve had good experiences so I think it’s just the people. They are so unprofessional. Save your money and go to another cookout because all the workers at this location want to do is vape, smoke m*rijuana, and laugh and play with each other

I looove cook out for starters. I repeated my order a total of 6 times, each time I repeated my order I reminded her heavy Cajun seasoning etc. Just did not repeat my order so I just hoped it was correct. Finally once getting home and opening everything my entire order was incorrect. I did not want to drive all the way back in town and just accepted I will stick to the pooler and abercorn locations. Lastly due to my order being incorrect I end up paying more for what I received.

We’ve been to multiple Cook Out locations and I must say this by far was the best experience. For a Saturday night at midnight no less. The drive-thru had lots of cars but the staff did excellent in keeping things moving !My husband runs a restaurant so to hear him say when he looked inside that all staff was moving and cleaning as they went, was a huge plus. (Especially since he said they were mostly younger people working. That kind of work ethic is hard to find nowadays)I got a butterfinger milkshake and corn dogs. I forgot to take a picture of my dogs but they were hot and not greasy like the corn dogs from the pooler location.Great job cook out. Whoever your manager and staff was Saturday night 2-24-24, did an excellent job.

Great late night spot, staff is very helpful, and the line moves like it’s lunch time on a Saturday, we didn’t have to wait long, and the food was good. I had the burger cookout style! Walking taco, Cajun fries and sweet tea. Everything was on point!

The trade off of having the convenience of going to a Cookout so close to my house is that I always get my order wrong. How do you mix up a double burger with quesadillas?
