I looove cook out for starters. I repeated my order a total of 6 times, each time I repeated my order I reminded her heavy Cajun seasoning etc. Just did not repeat my order so I just hoped it was correct. Finally once getting home and opening everything my entire order was incorrect. I did not want to drive all the way back in town and just accepted I will stick to the pooler and abercorn locations. Lastly due to my order being incorrect I end up paying more for what I received.

We’ve been to multiple Cook Out locations and I must say this by far was the best experience. For a Saturday night at midnight no less. The drive-thru had lots of cars but the staff did excellent in keeping things moving !My husband runs a restaurant so to hear him say when he looked inside that all staff was moving and cleaning as they went, was a huge plus. (Especially since he said they were mostly younger people working. That kind of work ethic is hard to find nowadays)I...read full review
