Was in there yesterday and I had just got out of the eye doctor next door and had my eyes dilated and couldn't see And when I walk through the door somebody behind the counter ask if they said there was another homeless man walked in and then when I walked up to the counter the girl behind the counter ask if I was high on drugs but I couldn't get my debit card out after all right after I'd already paid online so I'm just wondering if the employees there go through a racial profiling before they get a job

Came here for lunch and was a little disappointed. The food was great! Cooked to perfection and still warm when I finally did end up getting it. The problem I had was my food took over 30 minutes to be ready. There was a lot of people in the store at the time and I’m sure they were just short staffed so I don’t want to be too harsh on the review.Parking: There’s a big parking lot with about 30 spots.

Great fast food and custard! Try the custard of the day!
Although this location is way better than the other location we went to and Potter, it's still takes them a very long time to get your food to you. I am unsure if they have changed management since we were here two years ago but they used to be a lot more efficient. I would still definitely choose them over the other location that not only takes forever to get your food but they're very rude. The employees were nice enough.

This Culver's has the worst customer service out of all the Culver's I have been to. I had a short chubby female take my order! Couldn't say hi or good afternoon or welcome to Culver's! Took my order and never even offered a receipt. She just wanted to get back talking to another girl to gossip. While I was waiting for my food, both girls standing there gossiping! The chubby female all up in her phone, while touching her face and finger rubbing her nose! Very poor customer service, this is not the first time customer service was horrendous! I'll go to McDonald's next time I want a burger!

We've eaten here a handful of times. The food is pretty good, though the burgers could use a touch more salt. The frozen custards are great. Honestly, the only downside that I would say is that the food often takes a while to get to you. We ordered via the app and did curbside pickup. The app stated that the food would be there in 5 minutes. It took over 10 minutes. This occurs often when you order via the drive-thru as well. Beyond that, I would recommend them for the food.

We love all the employees at this location, they always go above and beyond! And you can't beat the food that's for sure! We love stopping by for concrete mixers, the frozen custard is delicious! And their fried fish is always light and crispy, never greasy!
