Culver's offers a variety of good food, with hot and cold items served as ordered. The staff is usually pleasant, providing good table service. However, there have been some instances of less than ideal encounters with employees, such as rudeness and language barriers, which can affect the overall experience. Despite these occasional lapses in customer service, Culver's maintains a reputation for better service compared to other fast-food chains.
The restaurant's food is generally fresh, but some customers have found it lacking in flavor. One customer mentioned that their order was made wrong twice, emphasizing the importance of double-checking the food before leaving. Another customer expressed appreciation for Culver's fish dinner, butter burgers, and walleye dinner, describing their experience as a treat.
The restaurant's parking situation includes only two curbside pickup spots, which may need to be considered by some customers.
