Dewar's Clubhouse Bar & Grille

Poor service, it was overcrowded and understaffed for the number of customers. Food was mediocre. Very limited menu and the fries were tasteless and cold. At least they weren’t soggy. The waitress noticed I hadn’t received my drink yet and tried to assist. However, she served me a very small pour of wine in a glass covered in lipstick. She kindly refunded my drink after I chased her down. Ultimately, the overall horrible dining service was just not worth it. Burger King would’ve been better food and value.

Sat at the barOnly 3 sandwiches to choose from (see pic)$20 for process turkey slice and 1/2 piece bacon.

The fries were soggy and didn't seem cooked all the way. The jack and coke was water with ice and a splash of jack. It was overpriced and not very good. The wings were crispy baby very very small, like they came from a baby bird.

The app was bad and the service when you needed help was worse. This business literally doesn’t care what people think.

The app-only ordering was a frustrating start, then the waiter told us a gluten free bun was available for the burger (great!).However the burgers turned up, just without a bun, and she denied saying it was available. The stale side chips, bland burger patty, and bun-less burger was the low point of my day!

For a sandwich and drink for $25 I do not expect slap fries and burned toast. Terrible food. Waitress was kind enough but on an airport you are not sending stuff back when you are ready to board. Sorry I did not read the reviews before.

Its been a while but i stopped today after work. every time I'm here i can't complain about service or the place. the tables are great, the restaurant itself is hidden away just off the gate. Its not loud. There's TVs mounted on just every wall inside. With 2 pool tables in the back. You can't complain about much of anything except an average menu. the selection is basic, i just had chicken tenders and waffle fries. Quick bite. honestly? Waffle fries were WAY too good for just fries. You get what you pay for. Good portions. I didnt finish my plate. ? What's on these reviews is completely outdated. The pictures are outdated. But the service i got from Marissa and the cook, everyone there was amazing. Good people ??

I was hoping that this place wouldn’t be like the reviews say they are. But the food was terrible and the coffee was so bad that I couldn’t take more than a sip.

Parking: There were parking spots.

Waitress was very kind. Food was good for what’s available at this airport. Don’t let the old reviews scare you.

Servers have the worst attitude... system doesn't work...they act as if it's your fault...if you gonna act miserable then work somewhere else!!!!! Next time I rather just eat the fast food that they have here.
