Don’t go there if you are bad about misplacing your clubs on the green. I forgot a wedge and it magically disappeared. Only one threesome followed me and they could not speak English. Denied seeing golf club. Not found by greenskeepers either. I immediately went back to the various holes to try and find but it was not there. If the clientele that play there are not honest enough to turn things in when found, not sure I want to play there.
This was our second stop during our weekend golf trip to Savannah. Fun and challenging course for high handicappers. Very tight fairways on several holes, so used our drivers sparingly. Greens had been aerated a few weeks prior, but were better than some other courses we played over the weekend. Staff were all very friendly. For the cost, pretty solid value. We will likely play here again when we return to Savannah.
If you want to rent a club, it would be best to check in early in the morning (9 a.m.). There doesn't seem to be a large number of rental clubs in total.
