Taco Tuesdays! I love this place. I'm more into authentic Mexican food but this generic brand is good after a few drinks. The drinks are pretty strong.

I've always had a great experience at Jalapeños. The Service is always on point & everyone is very friendly. I think thr food is cooked & taste great too. Definitely one of my go to places!

I went to lcoation where I placed my order online, and arrived at the restaurant about 20 minutes after.
I sent my son inside to grab the food, and about 15 minutes go by. I go inside with my newborn and my son is at the bar sitting down, because he said the staff said my food was still preparing.

After we sit there about another 15 minutes I decided to try to talk to staff about my order. These few individuals is referring me to talk to people at the bar. But the people at the bar seem to only care about people who are ordering drinks.

After I grab the first person attention who is behind the bar. To my surprise, she is the manager, and didn’t seem to care about helping me with my order.

Now I’m inquiring about my food with other staff who is going in and out behind the bar. Because at this point I feel like no one cares to assist the black girl with my newborn baby who just wants her food.

There was, however, one staff who seem to try to help me, she really tried what she could after I explained my issue to her, and how long we have been waiting.

The manager did do not deserve to be a manager. Her and that young lady need to swap titles.

Needless to say I feel like majority of the staff was mean, inconsiderate, and unprofessional.

I literally been there for 45minutes and my food still was not ready, after I order 20 minutes prior.

Food is usually good here. Waiter took my order first. As well as everyone else's at the table. An hour and 45 minutes later, I still have not recieved my food! WE DIDNT HAVE SILVERWARE UNTIL 15 MINUTES AFTER MOST OF THE FOOD ARRIVED! The wait staff, hostess and waitress were talking trash about our tables. If you are going to speak a language to talk trash other people, make SURE they don't know the language, SPANISH!!!!!! I finally had to talk to a manager in order to get my food even made!!!!!! The waiter asked me if i even still wanted my food 20 minutes after EVERYONE at my table had finished eating. Had to explain to the waiter no less than 7 times that we were still missing food! Asked for to go boxes as everyone else around me was done eating. The man tried to give me silverware!!!! I had to yell at him in Spanish to get what I needed! As soon as they realized I could speak Spanish, none and I mean NONE OF THE WAIT STAFF came back to our table. I will never eat at this location again. And we normally order out from here several times a month. You have permanently lost my business and I will be sure to let everyone I know not to come to this location.
