woke up to an updated receipt from them THIS MORNING from when I was there on lunch YESTERDAY that included a TIP THAT I DID NOT LEAVE! I WILL BE THERE ON MY BREAK TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER & THE POLICE PRESENT! DONT EVER PLAY WITH MY MONEY ARE YOU INSANE?!!!!!!

This was my favorite Jalapenos in the Savannah area. Had not been in a while. The updated look lacks the charm of the old look. Food is still great.
Server was absolutely hopeless and rude. Misunderstood my order and had the nerve to come over to the table and get an attitude with me when I had it sent back.
When it came time to pay he did the machine at the table method rather than the traditional bill method, no doubt in an attempt to hover as I paid and make me feel uncomfortable so I would tip. Well your crappy service deserved no tip so you got nothing. I selected no receipt but he printed one anyway and chased me out the door to give me the receipt as if to say “I know you left me no tip”.
Well I appreciate that because I now know your name is Christian A. as per the receipt. Management, you need to have a serious talk with this server about his attitude and professionalism.

This is the 2nd time we have had Tanny as our server and I really hope we see her next time. She was so attentive and patient with us. She is very friendly and we enjoyed her very much.

Clean, friendly staff great food

The location in sandfly was out go too every week for years.Just recently they have changed the menu and raised the prices which is understandable and fine if the service and food was still consistent.The last three times we have had the slowest most inattentive customer service that we had to ask where our server was.Twice are order was taken wrong with the wrong item being served to us and they acted like it wasn’t there fault.Twice! it happened.I always order fish fried chimichanga and it is always whole filet fried and this last time it was over fried bits that made me sick after.My friend ordered fajita nachos he was given fajitas that was 3 more dollars.We were given a margarita and waited 5 minutes for a straw.Than when food arrives they completely ignore us. This was only the last time,this happened almost the same way the last 3 times.We are so sad that our safe place that we always relied on to be consistent is now on our never return list. I have not seen a manger there all three times this has happened.
