Foods are good, good and kind people working there, it's all fine....Until I got no ranch source I ordered, until I met a worker who has no respect to the customer.Yeap, it's average KFC in America. What did I expect?

Today I went through the drive through and I'm very nice, Sweet polite, African American lady took my order. Her voice was so pleasant and she was so sweet and her kind words calling me sweetheart, made my day. I had had such a bad day at work. And as soon as I left work, my husband told me he was filing for divorce. I was heart broken and wanted comfort food, KFC. Anyhow speed things up, her kind words made my day and I was crying in the drive through and she gave me a hug but those were tears of happiness cause it was nice to have somebody being kind to me today. A sweet voice and kind words and a hug, she really made my day a little better.Thank you kind lady. Sarah is name on ticket but not sure if it was her but thank you.

They "USED TO" have good service here. On Saturday 1/6/24 I witnessed a bossey loud mouth female employee bad mouthing a senior citizen customer who had no knowledge of how to operate the order kiosk. She had the cash and plenty of it that I could see. The employee could have offered to show the customer how to operate the kiosk, instead of treating her in the disrespectful way she chose. I saw the customer get into a new chevy pickup when she left. I doubt that customer will return. I'm not going back there either. There are other fast food chicken places. Ya'll lost two customers tonight.

Waiting at the front counter for nearly 10 minutes. The person cleaning tables did not acknowledge me nor get assistance to help me place an order. Both front kiosk were unoperable.

I'm changing from 5 stars to two stars because of the addition of the self service kiosk. There is no one available to help with a modified order or if you need a spork etc. It's not the employees fault. The few employees are working hard. There just aren't enough. I shouldn't have to wait 5 people deep and 5+ minutes just for a spork. The owners made a poor decision to cut labor costs by addingkiosks. It doesn't work. I won't be visiting my past 2x a week anymore.

Sorry place, lazy people. Went to order the woman standing there said you have to order on computer. I had a special order. There computer isn’t capable of handling that. 8 pieces of chicken dinner cost dam near 30 dollars it’s not that good. After 4 tries I said to hell with this place. I will not return.

No choice but to place an order on a kiosk, which I hate. If they clean it after every use, then ok but they don't. Thankfully I'm not in a wheelchair or worse. Employees are getting EXTREMELY lazy. And want more pay.
