Today I went through the drive through and I'm very nice, Sweet polite, African American lady took my order. Her voice was so pleasant and she was so sweet and her kind words calling me sweetheart, made my day. I had had such a bad day at work. They "USED TO" have good service here. On Saturday 1/6/24 I witnessed a bossey loud mouth female employee bad mouthing a senior citizen customer who had no knowledge of how to operate the order kiosk. She had the cash and plenty of it that I could see. The employee could have offered to show the customer how to operate the kiosk, instead of treating her in the disrespectful way she chose.
