I wish I had photos but today I didn't take my phone inside. We stopped in a bit later in the afternoon so they had already stopped making donuts for the day. A gentleman Gio took our order and King made our coffees. Normally we go to Starbucks and I order a mocha Frappuccino with extra expresso so at Krispy Kreme today I ordered a frozen mocha latte. Now I do NOT want to go back to Starbucks because King made my frozen mocha latte PERFECT! Gio was very accommodating in letting...

Ordered online. Waited forever at the drive through. No one ever spoke up. Pulled to window and after about 10 minutes (with light rain) no one ever came to the window. I hate to use the horn but I did in hopes of being noticed and to AVOID GETTING WET before my meeting…. Just not aware of surroundings and they have several people working. It is 10:34 am. I’m sorry but not paying attention to all areas your customers may approach isn’t providing excellent customer service....

30$ for a dozen glazed and 4 strawberry coated, they looked so good, till 2 bites and it was gone,,,, walmart do cheaper and better taste. They should smile a little if they make pockets cry.
