They say open 24/hour online. On the window it says until midnight on a Monday. I wanted two, number one’s, and could only get one order because they were closing at 11:38pm

I'm trying to find out how y'all are still in business when you have employees sitting in the car at 1:25AM 3/31/24 not doing their job and taking orders. I need this job at this hr, I like to do nothing to and get paid. This place has the worst night shift service, hasn't changed since the beginning. Need to do better now that you know better.

I went inside to order and was ignored got in my car went to the drive-thru waited at the speaker to order and again ignored. I guess if I was the same color as the person that was working there I might have been served

The lady at the window was very nice but when we got our food we pulled into a parking space to eat the bread was crumbling the cheese was kinda hard so we took it in and what we got back was about the same so it was a huge disappointment.

A lady ordered 4 Krystal’s that ended up being cold (she touched them all with her hands to check them) I then watched them immediately take those Krystal’s, put them in a new bag and give them to a drive through customer.

Customer service should be "How can I help you?". Here, it is, "You're gonna play by my rules." After too many times of enduring this level of customer service, I will definitely not be patronizing this location again. If you want Krystals, drive a while longer to the next one.

Customer service sucks! Food sucks! All cars pullover in the drive thru. Nit to mention, you're not allowed on the inside.I try my hardest to never come to this one. I would've had a TOTALLY different experience, if I went to Tempris store.

I was over charged by $3.00. They wouldn't credit or return my money because they didn't give me a receipt. My bank statement was shown but my money wasn't returned.
