Took an exceptionally long time in the drive through. 25min for 6 cheese Krystals is ridiculous. Especially since no one was in the drive when I ordered at 1130am and 3 other vehicles came through after I was already waiting....
Picked up to go today. The dining room was closed, but a very nice lady let me pick up the food at the counter instead of the drive-through .Very nice people work here, and your order is out fast with a smile. I appreciate these folks!Also, the bathrooms and dining room are always spotless.

This is a third time in a week that I come here and the neon sign says open you pull to the drive through And they never get on the intercom, they swing open the back door and yell we're closed very rudely But your sign says open and all your lights are on and your hours of operations say.24 hours for the drive through.. and it's 6 AM.
