First Krystals I’ve had since I got here. Love Krystal!!
Someone finally remembered sincere customer service... nice change from typical inexpensive fast food in this market. Employees are anxious to help each other, & customers. Very refreshing, & in budget too. Thank you Jesus!
Sucks, really needs new management probably. I’ve worked in fast food for years, so I know a thing or two. Firstly, service is slow because they’re taking orders at the speaker but not ringing them up until you get to the window, probably calling themselves keeping drive times down instead of going by proper protocol. Krystal offers hot, fresh food with excellent customer service and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very nice, and orders are quickly fulfilled with a smile. Customers appreciate the friendly staff and the good quality of food, though some experiences vary. Sometimes the dine-in area is locked, especially for those walking or on bikes, and the dining room can be dirty when visited. The food quality has been inconsistent, with some Krystals being soggy or undercooked, and fries sometimes tasting old. However, many find the food good and the environment kid-friendly and accessible for wheelchair users. The new store manager is working to improve the place, and the regional manager, Tony, is known for his efforts. Overall, Krystal provides a mostly positive experience, but service and food quality may fluctuate from visit to visit.
