Every time I try to go there when I'm either walking or on my bike the dine in room is locked and it's drive though only. The last time I was there went in the dining area was dirty.
The food here has been good and bad. Sometimes the Krystal's are soggy and sometimes they seem to be not done. The fries at times seem old. I have been here about 7 times and the food was ok about 3 times. The employees were nice each time I went. I only went through the drive thru. I have never been inside the restaurant.
The food is good and the staff is kind. The new store manager is getting it in shape fast. The regional manager, Tony, is still amazing working his magic!!
