I’m a seafood connoisseur, and I purchased a dozen of males for homecoming, I’m a SAV native BTW, The crabs were mushy, and harder to crack open. I wonder if these were frozen? Also did anyone else experience this?

I've been a ten-year-plus customer. I've never been disappointed with the food until recently. Our total was 98 for 2lbs of shrimp, a medium dozen blue crabs, snow crabs, and conch. Both the crab and shrimp were overcooked and mushy! We couldn't even finish it due to the texture. We called the next day to let the owner and manager know. They said, “We didn't hear any other complaints.” First of all that is not how you handle a situation when it pertains to customers complaints. Our 98 dollars went down the drain and I will not be returning to this establishment. I'm highly dissappinted being that we came all the way from south Carolina to enjoy a place we called a gem in savannah. Smh
Horrible food. A waste of money and time. Find something better to do. Dishonest workers and Taylor lacks integrity. Crabs were not steamed; but, I was told they were overcooked. He only wanted proof of purchase when I spoke to him on the phone and when I arrived, then he wanted the order returned that was already tossed. According to him it was their policy. Any other establishment is far better than eating food from here.

So I go to the store and buy some jumbo shrimp, the guy weighed them and I pay. This is where the sleight of hand comes into play, they take them to get steamed, and switched them for a smaller size shrimp and then tell me that they’re the size I ordered. I am not an expert but, tiger colored jumbo shrimp never steam to a white shrimp. I am definitely going to call the BBB, I refuse to let anyone else get duped by them. I promise to get these people looked at for their business practices

First time eating here and I must say it was good .The only thing I could complain about is the size of the sausage in the low country boil they to big for my liking and there hot sauce it's fair but the food was delicious I will go back
