Well 4 stars for my waiter, he was only as good as his kitchen would let him be.
I came about9:10 on Sunday the 16th of February. Ordered soup, salad, bread sticks ( because it fast for them to make) Atb9:42 the salad was closed, so I didn't get a second salad, and I got 2 bowls of soup. So my question is...do you closed at 10pm, or 930pm? I've been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks, and didn't have this problem the other two times. I order Chicken Alfredo the 1st time, 2nd time was soup salad and bread stick and never ran out. I get there about the same time all 3 times. So, I'll move on to a better place when I come back next week. Also, I walked out at 9:55pm, passed 8 people and NO ONE said anything to me. I started work at 4am on the 16th, FYI

Valentine is not the day to order online. Me and my wife had to fine that out the hard way. But good is always on point.

Excellent service. We timed our visit perfectly using the "Join waitlist" and found a good spot despite it being packed for Valentines Day. The food was great (we had been thinking about the Lasagna Fritta and soup since our last visit with the in-laws and they also loved it). We always take good leftovers and our server was so kind.

We celebrated our parents' birthday.. Our servers were excellent, patient, and very accommodating. We had 20 plus people at our party. They promptly took our drink orders and appetizers. They arrived within 10 minutes. They proceeded to take our food orders.....everyone's order was correct. They provided timely refills and checked on our party throughout our 2 plus hours of dining. They were very helpful in assisting with the cake cutting and wrapping up our event.

Kid-friendliness: Yes,they have kid friendly options and a gaming console.

Please make sure food is ready when promised. If the customer is instructed on the app to allow enough time for food to be prepared when ordering, there should be NO reason I would expect a ToGo order to take over an hour and a half to be prepared and ready for pickup. I feel this location was not prepared to handle the completely expected influx of orders. It cost me time and money. I love Olive Garden; however, it will be a very long time, if ever again, before I and my fiancé decide to spend over $70 at a restaurant for two people and it not meet expectations.

We placed a curbside order at 9:20pm amd was told it be ready at 9:50pm. We were in the car waiting till 10:15. I had to go inside and ask what was up. In what world does shrimp scampi take an hour to make? Nobody apologized. Everybody nonchalant. The manager over heard and tried to walk away. I got her attention. I asked for a discount. She said no. She gave me a dessert but the service was still trash. If i had dined in and food took 50 minutes from the time i placed we woulda got a discount or atleast an apology. Its nonchalant attitudes at these chain restaurants for me. Very weird energy from ms. Ponytail 🙄

I ordered a light dinner such as Zuppa Toscana soup and bread sticks and shrimp Alfredo(for dinner the next day). It worked out perfectly for me, salad for dinner the first day and shrimp Alfredo the second day( two for 1 special I call it). The food was amazing and the To-Go Specialist was kind and helpful. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.
