On the evening of 4/3/24, my out-of-town group visited Outback, we had a little kitchen difficulty. However, when the manager was made aware of this, the issue was immediately rectified and the rest of our visit was fantastic. I don't know what the manager did, but the entire group of ladies were completely satisfied! Kudos to the star of the evening (the manager) and we thank him for making our night special! Btw, the whole group plans to re-visit Outback on their next visit to Savannah, because the food and drinks were wonderful! Great recovery job!

The quality of the food here has gone downhill. I had the 6 oz sirloin and lobster with baked sweet potato and salad. The steak was terrible! It was seared on the top and bottom way too long to the point where it was literally tough as leather and black (burned)! I brought it to the attention of my waiter and he said he would let the chef know about it. I was very disappointed. Won't be back anytime soon.

We went there to put in a take out order of baby back ribs, one lobster tail and cheesey broccoli. I ordered chicken and shrimp fettuccini alfredo. The first order was great but if you gotta have pasta go to OLIVE GARDEN. THE wait staff was very sweet and attentive.Today we Celebrated my daughter's Birthday and her choice of a meal was Steak and Lobster tail. I must give kudos to our server Mr. Omarion and to the manager Ms. Amber. Thank you to everyone at Outback who helped make this a special Birthday. 4/14/24.

I recently spoke with the manager Amber about trying to put together a little surprise for a family member as I live out of town. Amber went above and beyond to help me put this together. I fully expected it to be a difficult process but Amber took care of it in just minutes. My family goes to Outback for most birthdays and special occasions so her help and kindness really just reinforced why we do and will continue to come back to Outback.

Parking lot -5 stars. I’m pulling into the parking lot and my car SHAKES because of how big a hidden pothole is. Terrible. And the food is mid.
The service was horrible! The hostess took our order for drinks which we didn’t mind. The waitress wcame about 15 minutes minutes later to take our order to bring us bread with no utensils for our dinner and no napkins. We then waited another 3o minutes for our food. We had to ask another waitress for utensils. When the food came out; one of them was cold and had to be returned.. During our dine in we saw someone else help us with our needs and not our waitress. My experience dining at outback was horrible!
