Ordered their new “dippa” pizza. They called and said they were missing an ingredient to make it…. Not sure what ingredient you’re missing to make a pepperoni pizza but that’s a big fail.

my pizza i bought last night was nasty: it had minimal sauce on it. i called and spoke with the general manager today, and she hung up the phone TWICE. when i called a third time, she put the call on hold. i’ve had pizza from the Sandfly, GA location many times with no issues. the employee seemed to be working alone last night. i’m not sure if that is what caused the pizza to come out NASTY from her rushing or perhaps tired. i will not order from this location again.

UPDATE: After holding for over an hour and a half the manager credited us and still made a delivery. I'm very happy with how they rectified this ordeal!
I ordered my food at 1:48p, received a text 2:29p that it was in the way and the pizza never arrived. I've been in hold with the store for 37 minutes. The call just keeps cycling.

My rating is for one young man that makes pizza at this location, he is the hardest working, most committed employee this business could ever hope to find. His pay should be tripled! So many nights he is the ONLY employee but slings pizza, never stops until they are all done. I was furious I waited 2 hours because he had no help, but he didn't slow down once. Pay Him More!!
