I absolutely love PAPA JOHN'S pizza. The sauce is so different and it doesn't give me acid reflux ( all others do ). I just wish all of these employees could work every where I go because they are all so kind and VERY PATIENT. You will love this place. It's on Skidaway and Victory.

Was tired from sightseeing and stopped for pizza to take home. Unfamiliar with area. Was told would have to order through app. They didn't have even one menu posted. Both gentlemen acted like I was stupid when my phone would not recognize that scan code to get menu. Not all phones can! We older people deserve to be able to read a menu in the store when necessary!

I placed an order via the app at 1705. The estimated delivery time was 1731-1741. At 1800 I checked the 'Papa Track' which showed it was still being prepared. I tried calling the local store 3 times with busy signals each time. I ended up driving to the store and arrived at 1820. I asked for the manager who came over to talk. I asked about the status of the pizza since it was almost an hour late at this point and I could not get any answers. He said a delivery driver had just left with it. I asked why no one answered the phone or updated me for the delay and he responded that it wasn't his fault and that I should have checked the app. I again pointed out that it was an hour later than estimated, his only response was that the store was short staffed. I asked for his name and he only provided Zhay, refused to provide last name. Also asked for regional manager contact and he refused that information. I asked if there was anything else that could be done to make it right and he said that he did everything right. I turned and left and another customer behind me said that he didn't want to order from a store with that type of customer service and left too.
I would give negative stars if possible. Was told 20 min and then waited an hour more. Only comment was "ok" and telling us 15 minutes multiple times. Horrible service.

Placed an order online, it arrived 45 mins after eta. Items arrived cold and some were missing from our order. Called the store twice and placed on a long hold before we were able to get ahold of someone who would rather give us points than send a driver back with the rest of the food we ordered. We don't have an account and will never order from here again. The cold pizza tasted like it was under a heat lamp for a long time and then out of the thermal bag for a long time - somewhat hard and chewy.

Horrible pizza dried could not chew it feel like cardboard in my mouth. Didn’t get everything I ordered I call to complain they hang up phone on me . Pizza in palm beach is a lot better. Savannah needs more training……
