The food here is awful. I served/bartender here for 9 years. The hamburgers are kept in boiling water all day, the kitchen staff rearly uses gloves. The tables and floors are absolutely disgusting. Such a beautiful airport but the restaurants lack consistency and good service.

The food was good. Service ok....the restaurant is filthy! Grime on the lights coated in fuz, dust on the tap about an inch thick, the bar was sticky and had trash left on it from previous customer. How hard is it to clean and wipe down after hours and in between customers?

It’s either eat here or eat at Burger King or go hungry. In hindsight I should have gone hungry. Awful food.

Skip this place and just go to the bagel shop instead. I sat down without noticing the QR code, and when I asked for a coffee, the staff rudely tapped on the QR without saying a word. The entire breakfast was cold—bacon was fine, but the eggs were slimy and unappetizing. The frozen potatoes were dry and had clearly been sitting out for a while. I am a huge potato fan and I have no words for what I got. I wasn’t expecting fine dining, just a decent, warm meal, but that’s not what I got…

No lime for a gin and tonic, but you don’t find out until your drink is delivered because you order off a QR code. My friend asked about the Backslide burger not realizing that she could click on the menu item for more info. Servers response, “it’s a burger.” The aioli on the BLTA was slightly green, so that accounts for A in the BLTA that is supposed to have avocado spread. Wish we’d looked at the reviews before spending a dime here.

I fly a lot and this happens to be the worse staff I’ve ever seen at an airport restaurant. The morning staff on February 4, 2025 should be all be terminated with cause. Coffee looked and smelled like dirty water, attitude through the roof. They literally said they hope there was a plane crash so they could close.

Probably the worst airport bar I've ever visited in 20 years of travelling. Staff are either rude and obnoxious or too stressed to even speak. The waitress yelling in peoples' faces as they complain needs some people skills. The single beer I had at the bar was excruciating. Truly awful.

First, we didn't even know we HAD to order from the QR code. Took 10+ minutes just for someone to tell us. Food came out quickly, so you'd think it was hot. Nope! Cold burger, cold fries. And nothing like what it said on the menu. No crispy onions. No onion jam. No sea salt or pepper. Had a tomato, but it didn't say tomato on the menu. And the burger looked like a frozen patty and was completely tasteless. We let the waitress know, and she just said, well I didn't make the menu. Nice. She gave us an $8 discount but honestly they should have paid us to eat this. Not trying to be mean, but this was a terrible way to end an amazing weekend of wonderful food in Savannah.

Can't recommend. Barely fast food / quick service quality (had the chipotle chicken sandwich, fries, and beverage). Order using QR code at the table and paid using my smart phone so can't say much about server. $37! Captive audience I guess at the airport but Burger King down the concourse would have tasted same or better and been a lot cheaper.

I gave it a 2 for service because it is not the server’s fault.
I am jealous as I read all of the reviews of people who had the option to get a salad. We sit down excited to finally take a trip (hubs and I) even if it is a work trip and have a decent lunch before the flight.
First, server comes to the table and explains to us that we must order by scanning the barcode. Okay…down with times, I get it. Second, we open the “menu”. There are THREE options. A burger, a chicken sandwich, and a turkey sandwich. Okay, I’ll deal. Burger ($20) with no bun (gluten free) no options to add anything to it or customize. Hubs orders the “oven roasted” turkey sandwich ($18). Well, it is the exact turkey we make our kids lunches with every day for school. Nice.
The server walked around a couple of times and peeked at our table after she dropped off the food, because what else can she do? Everything else is automated.
I get it. Rent is high, you are in an airport. I get it, food costs are up. But this is ridiculous. Do better, PGA Tour grill

Do whatever you can to avoid eating here. I only gave them 2 stars because our waitress was ok. The food is so terrible, especially for what you pay. Freezer to fryer, terrible presentation, very little taste. I don’t understand how the only restaurant after security is so bad. Savannah airport please do better!

We got a dirty beer glass and waitress poured it into a plastic cup instead of replacing beer. Food was horrible and way over priced. Cheap plastic silverware. Serving staff not friendly.
