Ordered lunch here. App said could pick up in drive thru. Worker was so ridiculous and rude that I just ended up driving off and cancelling the order. Thankfully the refund processed quick. Not really sure that the lady I dealt with was even capable of having a job and especially not dealing with public.
Seems like there’s a trend in these comments about dealing with a difficult person in the drive thru at this location. Maybe look a little further into this Popeye’s.

Surprised today!!! The staff was great and friendly!! My chicken was fresh out the grease and my sides were hot as well. Julia the manager was great and the counter lady Erica was pleasant as well. Because of them I will be back!! Keep up the great work ladies!! I went inside.

I went to Popeyes and the crew was very professional. The manager was respectful, and everything was handled well. My food was packed nicely and my order was excellent. Even the store was supper clean. I was shocked and impressed at the same time.
10 out of 10 I’ll definitely be back highly recommend!

What is going on with Popeyes?! Yall need to pay your people better or something. EVERY Popeyes from Jesup to Savannah has AWFUL SERVICE! WHAT ARE YALL DOING?
Popcorn shrimp, apparently they dont have popcorn shrimp just butterfly shrimp... but they have at least 2 advertisements for popcorn shrimp.
We waited 20 minutes for chicken that was supposed to take 7 minutes. How do you run out of chicken during lunch? No coke/Pepsi... When they finally have us the food the tenders were ssssooooooo dry. As much as I use to like Popeyes, I cant keep hoping for them to have a good day. I would not return or recommend this establishment.

No manager on duty, limited service by front counter, staff using phone then went to restroom while line still forming of more than 3 customers. , cook was out of site , no food available with more than 20 minutes wait. Why did the lobby patrons have to wait to get their ordered and the drive through and mobile app seems as though they jump ahead! Still no one helped. Very frustrating ands unfriendly staff… why

When I tell you I went to the restaurant yesterday afternoon with my boyfriend and the customer I've was terrible. I went through the drive thru the lady that was working was so rude and I was not going to argue with her because I felt like she was going to hop out the window and attack me. She was very dismissal and kept telling me they were out of certain things with a smirk on her face. She was a demon in disguise. I see other people are having this same problem, but I don't see where anyone is trying to solve this issue. I would love to keep eating at popeyes but the service will make you feel like a wet dog on the streets begging.

I waited over 30 minutes after being asked to pull up for my food, only to have to go inside because they forgot about me. The employee I dealt with was extremely rude, rolling her eyes, cutting me off while I was speaking, and acting like I was bothering her instead of doing her job. On top of that, several items I wanted weren’t even available. Customer service matters, and this experience was very disappointing. Do better.

genuinely floored. I placed a delivery order because I didn’t want to cook after a day of fasting and class and have genuinely no way to contact the restaurant about my order. I called, tried customer service numerous times, its been two hours and have received no word on my order and the phone number strsight up doesn’t work. is it that hard to just call and see the issue like if theyre out of the items I ordered why not just refund me at that point. I really do hope yall get your ish together and please let me know if theres any legitimate direct way to contact this store.
I just went 2/17/2026. The customer service was not up to par. The person at the window acted as if I was bothering them by asking about sauce, because I ordered Chicken Tenders and wanted a specific sauce. They did not ask prior to giving me my order, and the sweet tea is actually unsweetened tea. Everytime I go it is something different and I understand that people have their days... but it cannot be everytime I go. I hope changes are made soon.

Ten out of ten do not recommend to go. Rude staff and they don’t have half of the menu. Was told I had a 12 minute wait after 45 minutes they decided to tell me they were out of chicken.

Bad location. Dirty. Took my order and money then told me they didnt have any dark meat in regular and it will be 20 min. Soni had to switch to tenders.. I was on way to a hockey game and didn't have time to wait.

The person of color is very rude and does not attend to you with respect. I was drawing their attention and they did not want to pay too unpleasant attention that one goes to eat or buy something and they do not serve him properly
