Cartier was great he displayed remarkable service, I’m favoriting this Popeyes to come back when I’m in the area for the outstanding hospitality that was given 🫶🏽🩵

Couldn’t even order because they didn’t have half the food on the menu and person on drive thru had a whole attitude, 👎🏾

This place has serious problems. For whatever reason they said they were only taking mobile orders, so we did that (although later they started taking orders at the cashier). Then, it turns out, they won’t weren’t going to work on your order unless you went up and asked about it, so several people who ordered after us actually got food first. It was at least 40 mins. Then, they were out of all sides except rice and beans. They were also out of the drink we wanted. The chicken sandwich I got was old, burnt, and very small (covered half the bun). The wings my girlfriend got didn’t come with any sauce, there was wrong amount of wings, and they were undercooked.

In other words, they didn’t have half what we ordered, and what we did receive was a desecration of a meal.

What a waste of time and money. God bless the staff. I will never go to a Popeyes again.

I ordered two big box deals on drive thru.They told me they were out of the original chicken and all the sides except rice & beans and Mac & cheese. So, I got the spicy chicken and the available two sides. The chicken was not cooked all the way. The chicken was kind of raw and bloody inside. I had to throw away the chicken. The rice & beans and Mac & cheese was ok but not the best. I always loved Popeyes but I will not be returning to this location. Very disappointed 0/10!

Totally ignored. I went into for lunch and the guy in front of me got his order taken in a separate line bc there were a group of three getting service. When he was done the girl walked off.
So, I got in the line with the other three. I patiently waited 10 minutes for 3 people to get their order taken then when the guy taking orders got through with them he walked away too.
Of course I can't prove it but I felt like I was discriminated against because of my race.

This is the worst Popeyes on the entire planet.

This is the THIRD time we've ordered online & chosen the CUSTOM pick 9-pc ... requesting (4) thigh, (2) breast & (3) drum sticks ... and for the THIRD time, it is ignored & only (2) thighs are given along w/(2) wings.

Why do you offer an option to CUSTOM CHOOSE the pieces we want and it is NEVER followed?????

I can't answer on Atmosphere as it was online/ drive-thru.
I can say the pick up that was scheduled to be less than 10 mins took over 30 mins ... and was still wrong!

The Service and food is the best in Savannah. The Manager is very friendly, and sets the atmosphere to motivate and push her team. The Best Mac and Cheese!!!!
