Pop Grillin' stopped by our office, and let me tell you, it was a total hit! The brisket was absolutely on point—smoky, tender, and packed with flavor. The crispy fries? Perfectly golden and the ideal sidekick to the rich, melt-in-your-mouth meat. Every bite was a savory delight. If you get a chance to try this food truck, do yourself a favor and go for the brisket. They definitely brought their A-game, and I can’t wait for them to come back!
Stopped by his truck at Victory North and got a ribs & brisket combo with mac n cheese and baked beans. Listen, that brisket??? Otherworldly juicy. Fall off the bone ribs. I ordered the brisket and collards and both rank as the best I have EVER had. The brisket was juicy and tender and the collards were perfectly seasoned. I highly recommend getting both! The service was fast and extremely friendly!!
