Stopped by his truck at Victory North and got a ribs & brisket combo with mac n cheese and baked beans. Listen, that brisket??? Otherworldly juicy. Fall off the bone ribs. I ordered the brisket and collards and both rank as the best I have EVER had. The brisket was juicy and tender and the collards were perfectly seasoned. I highly recommend getting both! The service was fast and extremely friendly!!
Strictly take out only. I've only visited this out of the way ( for me) location twice, having a strong hankering for barbecue. Upon a recommendation from someone in a neighboring subdivision, I trekked out to the location, hoping for a delectable meal.
