I came in as a Dasher to pick up an order, it was my first time there, and I was confused of where to pick up the order.
Luckily, I attended fairly quickly. Although I felt like I had tailspin after it all.
I’ve been a bartender before and I’ve also worked in restaurants for years and I know what good hospitality is.
The bartender who helped me was not very kind and didn’t greet me except for to ask me whose order I was picking up.
After I got my order, he just said “you’re welcome “and walks away with a big attitude.
He didn’t give me a chance to confirm all the contents in the bag, which apparently items are frequently forgotten at this restaurant.
It felt really rude and a bit discriminatory.
I understand they want to clean up and go home but you are the face of the place at the beginning and end of the day.

Went today for lunch. After going with the server's suggestion to get the "muther clucker," I was asked if I'd like it grilled or fried. Whether or not I'd want cheese. As well as was told it comes with a side.

Out of all those preferences, I can understand an upcharge for cheese. A $2 fee for grilling is a stretch but ok maybe I didn't read that listed somewhere. However $3 for the "included side" is nonsensical to say the least. If there's an upcharge for a certain preparation as well as certain sides that should be disclaimed.

When I asked about the side supposedly being included the server explained that menu pricing had needed to be updated...

I'm really curious to know what the meal was supposed to look like as the menu described it at the base pricing.

I'm in food service as well so I know the impact of leaving less than ideal reviews. But there should be more transparency in the menu and/or better communication from server to guest.

If this was a case of running up the bill for a higher tip since I was only getting a sandwich... I was intending on tipping my usual 20% or at least $5 whichever would have been higher. But out of the preset 18%, 25%, and 28% gratuity choices I opted for the least since I was little put off by this pricing structure. I would rather the fees for these up charges be dollars I can add to the server's share instead.

Oh yeah. If it's any saving grace, the sandwich was good. The spinach needed a lil salt. The cat hanging out on the porch was a cute lunch companion.

Here are your posted hours. Why is your bartender making last call at 10:05 and then forcing people out when they are a part of the pool league that comes there multiple times a week? They spend plenty of money and should be able to finish the matches that they paid for.

My family and I went around dinner time, I ordered the pita sandwhich, my kids got pizza to share, and my wife got wings. To spare details it was all bad, the pita was almost all spinach with what little chicken there was having no moisture or flavor, the wings were overdone, and the pizza a had plasticy taste. The wings came with fries and the sandwich came with no sides, all together with 2 appetizers the meal total was $80, IMO a truly unreasonable price for the quality

It's a good spot to come kick it, when ever I'm in town me and the guys will come play a round of pool get a bucket of beer and split a pizza.

Some of the patrons can be a lil rowdy but mean no harm in my experience.
They have this thing with putting up a 1$ bill on the walls and I myself participated on it. Definitely a good place to knock off the work week and chillax.
The hand soap outta be checked more frequently.

My coworker and I stopped in to get a bite to eat. We ordered lemon pepper wings . Our food arrived and both orders tasted like fish. So apparently they cook the wings along with the fish.

Inflation must be hitting hard for me to get 12 fries with my call ahead order that was $15. The excuse I received.. “our fries are pre portioned” lol if you say so

Placed an order on ubereats. After they accepted my order and had a driver come all the way to them just to say they are out of chicken and instead of canceling the order they allow another drive to pick up the order after closing. SMH.

I wish I could say some positive things about Rachel's, but the food is just horrible. My group of gym friends likes to meet at this place to celebrate birthdays. I've been there a handful of times, and each time I've tried something different, hoping to find something that tastes good.

I've had the chicken wrap, Rachel's burger (which had no seasoning), mozzarella sticks, nachos, and waffle fries. The waffle fries were good the first time, but the last time I went, they had changed the brand of waffle fries and ketchup, and they didn't taste as good. The nachos were good the first time, but the last time they were different and barely lukewarm.

Next time we meet there, I will eat before I come.

Got 2 shots and got charged $2 for backs. Poor waitress could only take one order at a time. Overpriced for what is served. $6 for a yeungling on draft!! Owner is not friendly. Won't be coming back.
