The service was very good and the waitress was very thoughtful. Her name is Kay, @ the Red Lobster in Savanah, GA. I had just flown in from out of state to visit my brother. He'd just lost his wife due to cancer. He was having a very painful time and the waitress took extra time to speak words of comfort to him. She was very sweet and a hard worker. We will definitely be returning.

You can tell there is no teamwork amongst the employees, you have the bartender at 30 to close weeded, hostess & servers are all ignoring his need for help and talking amongst themselves (half of them already clocked out and normally clocked out means everyone else not busy get yourself to the most quiet part of the restaurant and stay invisible) in his entrance of the bar no one chooses to help him and the kitchen took so long you could tell the food was cooked with the don’t...

Madison was very friendly and so very helpful and and she went above and beyond beyond to help me out with my order. The rest of the staff also was on point asking me if I had been helped and th manager Alan was also very kind!
