I was so excited to finally try this spot after hearing about it. I came late morning on a week day and found parking right in front. When I arrived there were two other people in line and the staff members were kindly answering questions. I opted for the Mermaid Tail Mega Tea after seeing it on Instagram and it hit the spot! It was the perfect mixture of pink lemonade and blue raspberry flavor with a bit of a sour/tart punch at the end. I didn't expect the sourness so maybe it would be nice to include on the menu, but I actually really enjoyed it! The teas are pricey but for 32oz and 200mg of caffeine + vitamins, I think it's worth it. I will definitely be coming back soon and look forward to trying new flavors!

2 stars bc the their venue is welcoming W plants and couches And It def has a vibe. we ordered 2 açaí bowls. They were premade and frozen . We had to leave the store and wait 25 min before our spoons would go into the açaí. Even after 25 min it was still hard similar to a hard ice cream. Also the bowls were very small. Which was disappointing. I won't be coming back.

I had placed an online order. When I arrived I was told that their online ordering system was broken. I was unable to wait for them to make my order so I asked for a refund. I was told that only Julie could give refunds and the took my name & number. I didn’t hear from Julie or receive a refund so I called multiple times leaving my name and number each time. I never heard back from Julie not ever received a refund or my order. I was a faithful patron but will not be returning if that’s the kind of service I can expect.
I was a loyal customer coming there almost everyday. I use their online ordering. Yesterday morning is wasn’t working so when I showed up no drink. I didn’t have to time to wait, so I asked for a refund. They took my name & number saying Julie had to give the refund. I called multiple times throughout the day saying about the refund. I was never contacted, none of my calls were returned, or given a refund, nor did I ever receive my order. That is the last time I’ll go there.

One person working.... And 8 people waiting.... Loooonnnnnnggggg wait.... Need to have more people during lunch hours... spent lunch time waiting....not fair to person working - having to ring up customers and make the shakes and wash the dishes....

My first time here. I got the blueberry cheesecake shake. Tasted great but there were *several* large clumps of protein powder throughout the shake that made it quite unpalatable, especially at the bottom. There was at least 2 tablespoons of powder left in the bottom that I had to choke down.
I didn’t know I needed a protein shake + tea place until I found Refresh! Super cute atmosphere with a ton of flavors for shakes and teas.
