This place is amazing! I love getting my post work out smoothies, high protein coffee, and protein smoothie! Everything taste so delicious and the staff is so nice!
5 STARS….I cannot recommend this place ENOUGH 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I have been going to Refresh since they opened and I think I love it more every single time I go. The mega teas are amazing, love their protein shakes, the açaí bowls are fabulous, and love love love the premade grab&go fridge. I just realized the other day that one of my new favorites is the cotton candy fat burner shot 🤤

Being regulars here means the world to many; it’s become such a meaningful part of daily routines, and it's a small, family-owned gem. The girls working (Gracie & Michaela) were very knowledgeable and very sweet. The Deep Fried Oreo protein shake is incredibly filling and delicious. Savannah needs more places like Refresh, for the energy, the heart, and the love they put into every cup. Overall, Refresh Nutrition is a hidden gem with great music, vibes, and a selection of teas to try.
