Delicious 6-7 best food I’ve ever had
Best pho, fresh ingredients to add: basil, cilantro, onions, bean sprouts, lime, jalapeño. Broth is rich and complex but never fatty.
Saigon Bistro walked to the restaurant from work on Monday. Never been there, and the young lady suggested I try Pho. She advised that the beef is raw and thinly cut. I opted for the shrimp and chicken. I won’t eat raw beef. It was about to rain so I opted to take my food to go since I was walking. Got to the office and I had raw beef. Asian Bistro is a great spot in Savannah, known for being the best pho spot in the region. The food is quality, inexpensive, and loaded with vitamins and minerals that leave you feeling energized, not heavy. The tea they use doesn’t taste cheap, and bubble tea lovers will note it isn’t very sweet. The service is good, with friendly waiters and quick service. The environment is calm, clean, and open, though the inside seems a little dated. The owner dived deep into cooking, and the flavor is amazing. All items on the menu taste good, especially meals labeled Taiwanese and all desserts. Highly recommended for a wonderful experience from start to finish.
