McDonald's on Whitemarsh is improving after facing issues with personnel and food quality since Covid. The restaurant has made progress in staffing, ensuring regular operating hours. However, customers may still experience slow service due to understaffing, especially during busy times like lunch, and some have reported long wait times in the drive-through. Electronic kiosks can sometimes be difficult to use. On the bright side, the food is generally good, with hot, fresh, and fast options available, particularly through the app. The location remains popular among locals, and many customers appreciate the friendly service when staff is attentive. Despite ongoing challenges with service and staffing, the restaurant continues to work hard to provide decent food and a better experience.
