SAIGON BISTRO was amazing. They actually renovated and changed managers (I'm assuming) because now it's called ASIAN BISTRO. I will assure it is NOT the same taste as it used to be. I got their Pho Soup as i always do, and it was very watered down and did not taste the same. I miss the old manager and workers their.. other than that, the new crew was very kind, serving and very attentive. I have no problem with the new crew but they need to taste their own dishes and add more meals to the menu. Very expensive now for such little taste. Used to cost me $42 maximum for the same dishes I used to order. Now it's about $58 for 2 persons.

Food is ok. Not great. Not bad. Like other reviewer…meat portions not the most generous. Flavor is ok. Not the best Pho in town. Would have given 3 stars because again, the food is actually ok but the service not so much, hence 2.

Awful food, I ordered pad tai and it was made it bowl noodles, didn’t taste like pad tai at all. Overpriced low quality food. A drink was $4!! I invited a friend and feel bad now, this place was okay a few years back but now… I would stay away.

We had a great experience at Saigon Bistro! The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. While the building is a bit older, don’t let that fool you — the pho was absolutely delicious, the menu offered plenty of great options, and the entire place was spotless. You can really tell they care about both their food and their guests. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic flavors and a warm, clean atmosphere!
