The family couldn't decide so we got the Hog Wild. A bit of everything. Got baked beans instead of collards (which is what I normally get) and they were simply yummy. My wife enjoyed the mac and cheese. Good old southern smokiness.

From both food quality to the staff, Sandfly is a broken shell of what it once was. Idk where to begin with this nightmare. Not only was my food delivered in an unsealed, opened bag, but it also came extremely cold. I barely received what I ordered

There was definitely noooooot a 1/2 LB of pork in my container at all with the $16.99 pork plate with 2 sides. The sides were lumpy, hard, and cold at that. The potato salad had no flavor; it tasted like plain vinegar. Texas toast was burnt. It was inedible

I immediately contacted the restaurant, believing they'll act in decency. Nothing of the sort happened. I spoke to two employees, one of whom was the upfront manager named Jeanie. She was one of the nastiest, rudest people I've ever met, nor did she care to help resolve this extremely upsetting matter one bit

In fact, Jeanie and the other employee both had a no-care attitude towards a severely heartbroken grieving widow crying on the phone and explaining my current painful situation and wanting to have a meal from a place I made memories at with my husband

I communicated clearly to Jeanie the details of my unsatisfactory experience. She chose to berate me, talk down to me like a child, literally say she didn't care about what I was saying, and yell at me. Her voice was so loud that other people overheard her and came to see if I was ok

Jeanie eventually claimed that she was going to do a one-time refund, which she made abundantly clear that she would NEVER do again. She then gave me the runaround and told me she was unable to refund because it was a takeout order... that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever

There's a way you talk to people. You don't talk to people any way you want. Especially as a manager. If you can't treat people, paying customers no less, with dignity, then you have no business serving as a manager in any capacity

Their disgusting behavior matches their constantly falling health score. I would never trust Sandfly again and will make sure everyone knows about their poor service and their treatment of customers

Sandfly is an embarrassment in the community. Right is right, wrong is wrong. Sandfly is downright wrong

The young cashier didn’t even lift her head to acknowledge me when I walked in. After awkwardly standing in front her her for what felt like ages she asked what I wanted. As soon as she handed me the card reader she was back to doing whatever it was she was doing under the desk. When I got my food I realized they’d given me a sweet bbq and I wanted mustard so I went back in to request and someone who seemed like the owner started grilling me about what meat did I order and how much and acting like I was asking for gold bullion. And at the end of the day the food was expensive and mediocre. My green beans had zero flavor, the chicken was barely warm and the bun was cold. They give you the sauce out of the fridge so when all is said and done you’re eating a cold sandwich. Used to be my favorite bbq in town. I wouldn’t recommend it now.

Visited this restaurant during a trip to Savannah. Had brisket, mac-n-cheese, and collard greens in addition to chicken wings. Everything was delicious. We heard the ribs are great too, but unfortunately, they were all out by the time we made it there for dinner. Will keep you on the list for the next time we are in the area.

I hadn't been there for a while , and I was really looking forward to a pulled pork sandwich and sides.
I got there at 7:15 pm and was told they have no meats except Brisket, sausage, and ribs.
Also , no coke slaw or mac and cheese.
I was thinking of thin, tender slices of Brisket and a nice smoked country sausage, like other BBQ places have,
Instead, I got a smoked Polish Kielbasa sausage, nothing like the real thing, smoked country sausage, and very disappointing in taste and consistency.
Never again!
The brisket was all ground up and nothing like a brisket at all. Not enjoyable!
I got collard greens, thinking , yeah, all BBQ places do those pretty well, but again, utter disappointment. Bland and flavorless!
Since there was no coleslaw or mac and cheese, and I don't like what they happen to call, Baked Beans, I ordered something new off the blackboard, fried yellow peppers.
Not a replacement for slaw or mac and cheese at all.
I threw away over half of them.
So I walked out $ 17 poorer and still hungry, waiting to get back home to make myself a turkey and Swiss sandwich.
What a joke of a So-Called BBQ establishment and a rip off.
The only good thing about it was, the nice welcome greeting , and well wishes for me to have a good evening from the two nice girls up at the counter.
At least two potential groups of customers came in while I was there and walked back out and drove away, finding out that half the menu was not available to them at the present time.
Sand fly bbq needs to get it together or else go by the wayside.
I am done with them.
Never again will I make a Charitable Donation to them.
